Collection: Spanish & Millitary

Same true story, two very different missions. Both editions carry the full 32-page, full-color Saint Michael: Above the 38th Parallel: a young Marine trapped behind enemy lines in the Korean War, saved by an apparition of Saint Michael the Archangel, and based on a real 1950 letter he wrote to his mother. Neither edition has the gold foil lettering of our flagship Gold Edition, and each one was made with a particular reader in mind.

The Military Edition was printed for an official program that sends materials to U.S. military chaplains, to help Catholic service members keep the faith. It's printed on thicker, more durable paper and has no reflective foil, which matters in the field. These copies are genuine leftovers from that print run, so you're getting the same comic that was issued to the troops.

The Spanish Edition, San Miguel: Más Allá del Paralelo 38, tells the complete story in Spanish, translated by native Mexican Spanish speaker Luis A. Moreno. It's a natural fit for Spanish-speaking parishes, families, and ministries. La misma historia verdadera, ahora en español.

Both editions come as single copies or in 20-packs and 70-packs for parishes, ministries, and retailers.
